[JDEV] Jabber Clients: sending a single message to more than one person

There isn't a pretty way of doing this today, so I'm writing an Expect
script to do this kind of thing.  It's snidely called "jabberspam" and will
send a given text message to a long list of JIDs--a bulk mailer for Jabber,
essentially.

We are going to need a way to have an agent send the same message to
multiple recipients.   It sure would be nice if
the server had a way of sending out multiple messages like you describe
below.
