[JDEV] Room list in jabber

Howdy

The ability to get a list of rooms available is allowed through one of the current
'draft' protocols, particularly browse:
http://docs.jabber.org/draft-proto/html/browsing.html

also look at the draft groupchat spec, which is partially based on browse.
http://docs.jabber.org/draft-proto/html/conferencing.html

I believe there isn't a way to support these in 1.2
