[JDEV] How to fire the event in JabberSessionEvents

hi, everyone:

    I use JabberCOM in VC. I wrote an event receiver, but the function
could't be fired.

Anyone can tell me how to implement an receiver for interface
IJabberSessionEvents in VC?
