[JDEV] jabber:iq:last

Hi!

When a user asks for a new account to be created the second query xdb_file
recieves
looks like this:

<xdb type='set' to='user_name at 192.168.1.2' from='sessions'
ns='jabber:iq:last' id='2'><query
 xmlns='jabber:iq:last' last='983487473'>Registered</query></xdb>

What is the meaning of jabber:iq:last? I didn't find anything about it in
the
Jabber Technical White Paper and I would like to know what is the
signification
of "last='983487473'". I saw it is stored in the user's .xml file in the
spool
directory but never used when the user connects and is already registered.
