[JDEV] can i attach the VC++ sample Project ??

As Thomas Charron pointed out, there is an area available for posting
contributed source code, unfortunately it was not easy to find so I added
links to it yesterday from www.jabber.org and dev.jabber.org

AFAIK, the jabbercentral.org accounts are not the same as your jabber.org
account. However, there is a link from http://dev.jabber.org to create a
jabber.org account.
