[JDEV] Farming

I'm not sure if this has ever been announced on this list, but Schuyler
Heath created a farming module that may help some list members scale up
their Jabber implementations. It really hasn't been tested yet, so don't
just install it on your production machines, but it's out there if you
want to try it out. Here's the location:
