[JDEV] Java Client scipting engine available

All,

I've put a first pass at a simple scripting engine up on the web at
http://www.alsutton.com/ (it's third down on the left hand column of
software links). It's purely a front end with a simple fake user program
which allows you to connect to a server and apply your rules to incoming
messages.

I've included documentation on how to use it, configure it, and integrate it
into Java apps using my client library.
