[JDEV] through HTTP proxy

Hi

I didn't get any response for my request..please take it urgent... 

I am using Jabber server-1.4.1 and the required HTTP 
I am trying to connect jabber server through my
HTTP proxy.I create a client socket and connect to my proxy with
port 80.

the server replying properly for the xml stream request.But
after that,i'm not getting any
reply of subsequent request. i'm behind a HHTP proxy and want my client
should connect jabber server through HTTP proxy. I have done all this by the
way defined in jabber documentation(discussion forum).

Pl. anybody suggest me how will I connect thru HTTP properly.
