[JDEV] Subscribing to watcher service.

All,

I've now enabled subscription to my watcher system
(watcher at personalbuddy.com) so that you can have it in your contacts list to
simplify sending.

Subscribing will NOT start a watch on any news item, it will only allow you
to put it in your contact list.
