[JDEV] Watcher goes live

I tried to subscribe to the watchbot but the authentication for adding
to my contacts list never came up. Plus presence never shows up, but i
can still send it IM's and get responses. I currently have it trying to
monitor slashdot for me, but sill no presence is received.
