[JDEV] mod_pending

Hi,

I've recently completed a small JSM module called mod_pending. It lets
you check how many undelivered messages and pending subscription
requests you have without actually having them delivered to you. This
is useful for, say, a portal site that wants to provide a summary of
a users' Jabber information.
