[JDEV] SVG over jabber

Hi

Thank you for the answer! Yes, I looked into this before and I think that
SVG (or actually a very simplified version of SVG) would be a great
complement to it. 

I will try to get hold of Sunir (anyone knows how to contact him? He hasn't
answered any email or jabber message I sent) and see how ready he is. Or
otherwise start looking into it myself.
