[JDEV] GAIM, EveryBuddy, etc...

It might make more sense for this to be supported client side... as in,
the user can specify "don't log into these transports" and the client
simply sends the appropriate packet (which is generally an unavailable
presence) to those transports immediately after sending the general
presence. Not really sure if transports would like getting available
then unavailable presence, though...
