I am trying to compile the jabber server under AIX 4.3.3. I read in the
server howto that this was done. I was wondering what compiler, linker,
etc. was used to do this. All my attempts with either xlc or gcc have
failed with undefined symbols symbol messages in the pthsock
directory. The prereqs installed without issue. The undefined symbols are
found in libjabber.so.1.0.1 and libpth.so.13.0.27, yet anytime I try to
link against this I still get my errors.
Thanks in advance,
Jonathan Siegle
