[JDEV] MSN transport

Hello.

I am running Jabber 1.4pre2 with MSN transport on the server side and winjab on the client side.
When I add a user to my buddy list with followings
"MSN TRSNAPORT"
user at hotmail.com
"normal dubscription"

Winjab receive that subscription is denied by
user%hotmail.com at 211.58.126.xxx (where 211.58.126.xxx is my server ip address)
although the user is logged in.

Any ideas if server setup is erong or I should add user differently?
