[JDEV] Groupchat ... need help installing

What groupchat code are you trying to install? The best bet might be to
wait for server 1.4final instead of working with 1.2, because the latest
conferencing code is made to work with 1.4. Alternatively, work with the
CVS code (or 1.4pre2) for both server and conferencing.
