[JDEV] registering with aim

They're all in CVS at the moment, waiting to be bundled up for release
with 1.4final. You can find Jabber-specific CVS instructions at:

http://docs.jabber.org/general/html/cvs.html

The CVS modules you want (whether or not you see them after typing 'cvs
co -c', since they may not all have been added to the modules list) are:

aim-transport
icq-transport
msn-transport
yahoo-transport
