If you need something right away, you can use MeatballWiki.
http://www.usemod.com/cgi-bin/mb.pl
Proviso: you have to spend the half hour to figure out how
to use the wiki first. Play nice, please.
You can usefully name the pages by their Jabber namespaces,
e.g. http://www.usemod.com/cgi-bin/mb.pl?JabberXEvent for
jabber:x:event.
The standard way to comment on foreign pages is to put
a link at the top.
So, for example, on JabberXEvent, the page would be:
----8< [BEGIN EXAMPLE]-----------------------------------------
: http://docs.jabber.org/draft-proto/html/events.html
This is the jabber:x:event protocol. I really think it
is a wonderful way to implement "Person is typing a reply"
functionality from MiribilisICQ. -- JaneRandomDeveloper
----8< [END EXAMPLE]-----------------------------------------
Well, you can figure it out. There is also the JabberWiki at:
http://home.nyc.ny.us/twiki/bin/view/Jabber/
which is probably more appropriate, but I dare not volunteer
someone else's server.
