[JDEV] Happy days for ICQ folks

I can see that the development on the ICQ transport is
progressing very rapidly! I pulled CVS an hour ago,
recompiled the transport, and was able to run it!
Furthermore the ICQ transport is showing up in my
client, and I can get the registration information!
But! When I enter my ICQ number in the username field
and enter the password (and fills out the other fields)
and press "Register" the second jabberd (that runs the icq
transport) - dies with this message:
