[JDEV] User name in a upper case.

Hi!
I have a question about user name. I registered a new 
jabber user whom name have the first letter in a upper case.
For example, name = Test. If this user is online everything ok.
I can send message to him. If user which have name Test is offline,
then message to him returns to me. Why it does happen?
