[JDEV] Jabber-1.4 and ICQ

        Hello All!
Can somebody clearly explain, step by step, order to install
ICQ support to Jabber 1.4 pre1?
Need I download and install something in addition to server tarball?
Is etherx library still needed in 1.4 release?
What and from where I must download this, if any (some distributions are
reported broken)?
What settings I must include into jabber.xml?
I looked through all Jabber web pages and read postings,
but found nothing to clear this question.
