[JDEV] XML character entities and logon bug.

Hi, just inquiring about a couple of bugs I logged back in
November; XML character entities being badly broken (30)
and the 1.2 server crashing if you attempt a register after
a failed logon (29). Have these problems already been fixed
or are they still in the qeue?
