[JDEV] http interface

the http interface (along with the irc interface) has been moved to WCS (web client service) module "wcs" in jabber.org's cvs, the irc client service module is located in the "irc-jabber" module under src/gateway (path will change as i rename it to ICS (IRC Client Service)
