[JDEV] Database support (1.2 and above)?

I wrote the "unsupported" patch for 1.0. Since I'm working for a
different company now, I haven't ported the patch to 1.2, and I have no
plans to do so. Several people have inquired about moving the patch
forward, but the xdb system changed quite a bit in the change from 1.0 to
1.2.
Anyway, a 1.2 odbc_xdb should be a seperate process so you can
avoid the pthreads/pth conflict from 1.0.
