[JDEV] Jabber Applet

Please add transport admin. Too many clients I've tried don't have it.
And it's rather frustrating. What I might suggest is instead making two
applets w/ three jar files? One applet is the client and uses the client jar
file, along with the Jabber protocol jar. And then another applet does the
admin stuff (transports, new account), which uses the jabber protocol jar file
and one for itself as well?
