[JDEV] SMTP Transport

This has been in the hopper forever. 

Its purpose would enable you to send messages to your friends 
who don't have access to IM but have access to email.

For them to send mail back to you we'll either need some type of 
Mail-delivery agent (MDA), which is the mail component that puts 
the mail into your 'inbox', gateway (gateways are commong, this is 
how proprietary systems like Groupwise, AOL & Exchange can 
receieve internet mail) to a Jabber server OR an IMAP and POP3  
transports so we could read mail from jabber.
