[JDEV] formatted text -- clickable URLs, query other clients' capabilities

WinJab? maybe it doesn't see your URLs as URLs for some reason? Maybe no 
http:// or www. for it to pick up on? It's just making an educated guess 
as to what's an URL and what's not.
