[JDEV] Protocol means to change jid

The problem is it breaks the rules of the subscriptions. I subscribed
to a specific JID because I trust that JID. If you change JIDs how do I
know it's you? My server can't have any way of knowing that so it can't
just dynamically update my subscriptions to you. This problem can be
solved with a little bit of crypto fun but that just complicates things.
So, I'm not really sure there is a problem per se, but rather a
necessary inconvenience.
