[JDEV] cygwin is building in cvs

I fixed all of the evil KARMA globals in cvs (current server is in the
module "jabber2") and just tested and it compiles and runs under cygwin
out of the box now (after installing pth-1.4 of course).

A few hiccups yet when running it, I'm not sure who was the original
author of the mods to dnsrv to let it work on win32, but it doesn't seem
to be working... I'll look into it after I get a few more things fixed
from the reports on the 1.4.2 test.

Also, you'll need to "perl -pi.bak -e 's/\.so/.dll/g' jabber.xml" so that
the config file works... I'll make sure the 1.4.2 final setup does this
step.
