[JDEV] Yahoo Transport - repeating roster additions

Yeah I've some nasty behaivour on jabber.org's version, enough that I
just took it down.  We're really lacking in the transport development
arena right now, and I'm not sure what the remedy is.

Anyone have thoughts?
