[JDEV] Mail to admin for service activity

Hi Guys..

I am using jabber-1.4.1 server with all transport
configured as a separate process.

I need all services activity thru mailing
system..badly I need a mail from server whether
yahoo/msn/icq services connected or not... 
I am giving you a example...let us suppose session of
yahoo process is closed due to any problem..  In mean
time server send a mail to adminisrator that " yahoo
process is no more working..try to connect
again.."something like that.  

For this How wil I update my configure file?
