But your internet connection itself isn't getting dropped then? Because if
your still able to connect to email, websites etc than I would assume its
the jabber stuff rather than your ISP.

My problem is when I use jabberapplet for more than 15 minutes ..
sometimes 9 mins, 12 mins, etc.. ).
it just disconnect.. saying a socket error..
That's what I get when I am connecting to jabber server with my
jabberapplet. The debugging output from the server was only saying that
there was a socket error.. very strange...
