[JDEV] Jabber.org problems?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the Jabber.org server?  I am able
to connect but not able to see anyone's presence nor am I able to register
with any of the transports.  This seems to happen with not only with our
software but also Jabber Instant Messenger.  Anyone else see this?
