[JDEV] SVG over jabber

[Thomas Muldowney]

both SVG and SXPM have their uses.  One is complete and thorough (although 
heavier) the other is light and simple.  For full presentations and more 
elaborate designs SVG would be better, but for simple user to user whiteboarding
SXPM seems to make sense.
