[JDEV] When will the new http proxy pass thru be in JabberCom.dll?

I have a jabber server inside my network and I want our users to be able to
get to it when they are on the road. The new 1.4.1 server supports the http
proxy pass through but it appears that WinJab and other JabberCom.dll based
clients do not yet.  Is this coming? and if so when?
