[JDEV] Test Suite released!

Ok, SourceForge is way too slow. I just decided to lose my existing
history and import directly into CVS. It is now up and running. You can
download via anonymous access using:

$ cvs
-d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.jabbertest.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/jabbertest
login
$ cvs -z3
-d:pserver:anonymous at cvs.jabbertest.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/jabbertest
co testsuite
