[JDEV] Offline contacts apear to be online

Hi,
When a user on my roster goes offline sometimes it does not show that
they are offline for quite a while (I've got one showing atm how went
offline 10 minutes ago). It doesn't seem to be a problem with contacts
using AIM or ICQ.

Is there some way this can be fixed? This is probably linked to the
discussion on using TCP KeepAlive...
