[JDEV] mod_filter

sure.. there is an article on www.jabber.org/news.html, written by me about using mod_filter in a client, the title of the article is "Got Filters?" .. Winjab and Gabber both support mod_filter.  and the jabber.org server is running with mod_filter compiled in.
