also,

even if the client *doesn't* support displaying nested groups as nested groups, you will still see seperate groups like
+companies/jabber.com
--foo at jabber.com
+companies/microsoft.net
--bar at microsoft.net

etc.. so it won't break any clients.. and if you really want to see it hierarchial, then simply use your client that displays it that way.
