[JDEV] groups in groups

Actually, my list has always been in this type of format - even without 
nested groups I still have people sorted by company/location/etc.

So it doesn't really matter how many people support it - it isn't a 
compatibility-breaking feature. The UI just looks slightly different if 
someone doesn't support it.
