[JDEV] Adding Jabber Groups

Hi Michael,
My understanding is that as long as you have the groupchat transport
running, anyone can create a group just by joining the desired group on,
let's say, conference.ultraman.torque.com. The groupchat transport will
create the group's "room" if it does not already exist.
