[JDEV] Presence probes and AIM transport

Yeah this is foobared with aim for a few reasons. AIM itself has no awareness
of a probe type, so I can't really support it. I could on the other hand
try and create a table of the users on your roster that are AIM users, and you
could then probe them. This is a limited case fix, and should already work
fine with the normal presence model.
