[JDEV] autogen problems..

Hi..
I've downloaded the various packages thru cvs, but I can seem to
successfully run the ./autogen.sh
command.
Every time I run the package, is automatically runs ./configure, and
configure bails.
Here is an example of output from "icq-transport".
Any comments appreciated!
