No, it is visible to the rest of the world. To use jabber.org transports or
to add users from another server your server has to be visible to the rest of 
the world.

This may be because rtfm.insight.com does not have a way to connect to
jabber.org

Ah, I have very little experience with 1.2RC as of yet. Besides testing it
to make sure it will build and operate fine on *BSD servers.
