[JDEV] PHP Client

At one point an individual was working on a PHP frontend for Jabber. I
believe it was called Phabber. From what I understand CanDoo is no longer
developing it. I was wondering if anyone was interested in developing one
with me. Either taking exisisting Phabber code or writing our own. I do not
have large ammounts of free time, that is why I am seeing who is interested
in helping.
