The reason for this is that their messages are PGP(or GPG)-signed.  As is
this one.  Outlook Express would appear to deal with the signed messages by
creating attachments for the various parts.  AS for a "fix", I dunno.  I
don't use a windows mailer at all, so I'm afraid I can't help you there.
