[JDEV] [Off Topic] Mailing-list messages as attachments

Sorry for an off-topic post, but is anyone else here using Outlook Express
(yeah I know) with this list?

For some reason I am seeing a few peoples emails come though at blank
messages with a .txt files as an attachment.  (Temas is one).  It's a little
annoying and it certainly does make reading though the list a lot slower.
Is anyone else getting this?  Does anyone know of any settings in Outlook
Exp that I could change to prevent this?
