[JDEV] basic functionality of LDAP-Jabber integration finished

I'm happy to announce that the basic functionality listed in our 
design document has been finished. 

We now need for y'all to test the code out and let us know how it 
works for you!

I'll try and get a document posted this week to the website that 
details what files we did and what they do.
