[JDEV] Jabber IM KVM library

All,

After much thinking I've decided to release the KVM Jabber client library
and Palm demo application under the BSD licence. I'm attempting to register
the project with sourceforge and will send the web address once the codes
available.

P.S. I've got a 90% complete test application for Java enabled mobile
phones, hopefully I will be able to make this available at the same time.
