[JDEV] Palm KVM Client test announcement

All,

Following my announcement of a Palm KVM jabber client I thought I should
provide a copy of what I'm doing so people can get a feel for it. It's very
brain dead code (will send messages back to people it receives them from,
and will show the message it receives), but at least it'll give people a
feel for the app.
